Fired One Worker, Kept Another

Well I fired someone today, they were too slow. But at the same time I have someone else writing for me on the same blog that does a better job, faster and cheaper. What a difference.

Anyways not too much to say today, most of my business is becoming highly automated - which is what I want anyways. Having to spend less and less time working on my business as I become better at this.

Mostly all I do now is marketing. Everything else is either automated or done by someone else.

I'm Baaaccckkk

Okay I sort of forgot about this blog. Anyways heres an update of what I have been doing.

First of all I decided one day to just decide on a market and not change my mind about it. So I did that and went into the how to meet women market. So far its been going great.

I have been outsourcing article writing and getting some traffic from that as well as outsourcing website design. One thing I can say is once you outsource work... you will NEVER go back to doing it yourself - way to easy getting someone else to do it for you.

I have stopped trying to make money fast and instead decided to make money slowly by building real assets in my business. What I can say is that this is the longest I have stuck with a business and it has been going great for me.

Building a list has been very enjoyable and im proud to be sticking with this project. Its been a few months now and ive been learning a lot. The biggest things that changed for me and really helped me were working at a job to invest money into my business (it makes a huge difference having more money to work with online) and outsourcing as much of the work as possible. These two principles have rapidly changed my level of success.

I will try to remember to post more updates in the future.
